Dave Seymour started his own battle with addiction at a very early age. From the age of 14 until he was 29 years old Dave was in and out of jails and institutions. He made the decision in 2007 when he was intervened on by a friend in prison that would change his life forever. With over 7 years of experience in the field, Dave has developed a passion for working with adults who are struggling with substance abuse and addiction. Dave specializes in helping families understand their loved one’s challenges with substance abuse and Addiction. Drawing from his own experiences with addiction, Dave can relate to the daily struggles that each individual encounters and works diligently with the team at Recovery First Interventions to provide the best care possible for each of the clients and their families. Being a father, Dave understands the importance of bringing families together to overcome the imbalance that is created from substance abuse. With 11 years of sobriety, Dave leads by example and is living proof that it is possible to live a life filled with hope, faith, and courage.
